Sotécnica's Team Building strengthens teams and supports the community

On the 20th of May, Sotécnica’s “Maintenance Major Projects” (MMP) and “Maintenance Service South” (MSS) Business Units came together in an inspiring Team Building project with the aim of promoting social responsibility and strengthening the spirit of team. The result of the initiative was simply incredible, highlighting the company’s values ​​of solidarity and responsibility.

During the event, participants joined in an activity, which in addition to strengthening the unity of the teams, also benefited the local community. The main purpose was to build and donate a set of bicycles to Casa Mãe do Gradil, an institution that welcomes and supports those who need it most. The donation promoted the mobility and happiness of the beneficiaries. The moment when the bikes were delivered, with radiant smiles on the faces of those who received them, became the greatest recognition for everyone involved. In addition to this donation, Sotécnica also reinforced its focus on safety, delivering helmets to children. This Safety Moment reiterated the importance of promoting a healthy lifestyle and the well-being of future generations.
