Sotécnica, in partnership with HCI Construções, was honored to participate in this visionary initiative, offering its Building Solutions services.
EXEO Office Campus
The EXEO Office Campus, developed by AVENUE Real Estate, comprises three different buildings: LUMNIA, completed in April 2022, with 8 floors and 7 rooftops; ECHO, currently in the delivery phase, also impresses with its 11 floors and 2 rooftops; and finally the AURA, scheduled for completion in the 4th quarter of 2023, guarantees to complete the EXEO Office Campus set with a golden key. With a total area of 70,000 square meters, this business campus impresses with its spaciousness and attention to detail.
Sotécnica, recognized for its expertise in special installations and efficient construction solutions, played a key role in the realization of the EXEO Office Campus. Our company was responsible for providing Building Solutions services, with emphasis on Electrical Building Solutions (EBS), in electrical installations, security and telecommunications; Mechanical Building Solutions (MBS) in HVAC installations, water, sewage, fire networks and centralized technical management; Electrical Switchboard Solutions (ESS) with the supply of electrical switchboards. Still within the group’s ecosystem, Longo Plano with the supply of electronic security equipment.
The combined efforts of all partners ensured excellence in the implementation of good environmental practices in the construction process, resulting in the LEED Gold A+ certification for the EXEO Office Campus, having recently received the “Excellence in Efficiency and Sustainability Award”. This recognition highlights the commitment and dedication of everyone involved in this exceptional project.
