Sotécnica on a restructuring project at the municipal swimming pools of Silves

Silves Municipal Swimming Pools are the main sports facility in the city of Silves. This complex has a wide range of health and sports activities, divided between the swimming school, the gymn and the health and physical activity evaluation office.

Last August, the Municipality of Silves began the relocation and expansion works of the Gymnasium of the Municipal Swimming Pool Complex with the participation of Sotécnica.

The work is motivated by the need for modernization and enhancement of the gym’s infrastructures, in order to ensure better accommodation of its users and facilitate the access for people with disabilities.

This renovation project will be plus to the users of the complex and the local population, by promoting increased levels of enjoyment and the practice of sports, while complying with the plan to optimize the energy efficiency of the complex.
