SOTÉCNICA – 10 years of certification in Quality, Environment and Safety

If in 1997 the quality certification represented a major change and introduced a mindset of process in the Organization, the year 2019 is already the ripening of the path so far traveled.

The course of almost 70 years of SOTÉCNICA’s activity, corroborates the current condition of being unanimously recognized as one of the main installers of the electrotechnical branch in Portugal.

A strategic vision that led to its updating and expansion of know-how to other areas of technical installations and a recognized capacity for intervention is based on several pillars, among which the QES normative referentials are pontificated: The permanent satisfaction of its customers following the evolution of their needs; develop solutions in the energy efficiency, mobility and building sectors, as an agent for a sustainable economy and the environmental protection; Prevent and minimize injuries and health disorders arising from the activities undertaken by all its workers.

The QES audit held this year by APCER did not register non-conformities.

The transition from the 2015 Standards of Quality and Environment, systematized the positioning based on risk and opportunities; we hope to reinforce this methodology with the migration to the new SST Standard, ISO 45001.

More than presenting flags, we want to continue to make understanding to all stakeholders the importance, the potential and the transversality of our certification in Quality, Environment and Safety.
